“Emerging Compound Semiconductor Devices & Technologies (ECS 2021)” webinar series is primarily aimed at exploring and disseminating the latest advances in the field of compound semiconductors and their applications for electronic and optoelectronic devices. Faculties, Scientists, scholars and students working or interested in the relevant areas will benefit from this webinar series. The scientific program of the workshop consists of carefully selected lectures from distinguished speakers to cover the variety of technologies and processes involved in the fabrication of electronic and optoelectronic devices based on emerging semiconductors. Special attention has been given to the emerging areas of application in the field of compound semiconductor devices.

About Wide Bandgap Semiconductors Lab, IIT Mandi

Wide Bandgap Semiconductors Lab, in IIT Mandi, India primarily focusing on emerging semiconductors with bandgap more than conventional silicon. We work on both electronics and optoelectronics applications of devices. Scope of our investigation includes analytical modelling, simulation and fabrication of these solid state devices devices for energy efficient technologies as well as products.
